On Wednesday, November 3, Ms. Mireia Paulo presented her Ph.D. research work on ‘The EU’s and the PRC’s role on Global Data Governance: Security Implications’. The Executive Board of the RUB Research School awarded Ms. Paulo with the International Realisation Budget. The International Realization Budget (IRB) is a personal grant that enables doctoral researchers to individually plan a long-term internationalization concept and to implement it throughout their whole doctorate.
