On March 24th, 2023, Ms. Mireia Paulo participated in the China-Europe Track II Digital Dialogue Plan held in a hybrid format. 

The Cyber Security Association of China and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China organised the 2023 China-Europe Track II Digital Dialogue Plan (2023 年中欧数字领域二轨对话). This event was held in a hybrid format via Zoom and at the Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing. Ms. Mireia Paulo contributed to a panel on regulatory rules for cross-border data flow between China and Europe.
